Welcome to the community website for Willington Worthenbury Community Council,
funded and managed by the Community Council.

On the Community Information pages you will find a growing list of useful links to services and institutions in the area as well as some background information about the parish, its history and origins.

The Community Council pages carry all the statutory publications that are required as well as a timetable of meetings, councillors’ contact details, minutes of past meetings and agendas of meetings to be held in the immediate future.

The News & Events pages contain a ‘What’s On’ programme of events in both Worthenbury and Tallarn Green planned over the next few months. The news pages will grow naturally with time and with contributions from around the parish.

If you click on the links below you will find details of the Queen's Head (The Sarn) Inn, Worthenbury and Tallarn Green Village Halls,  Recreation Ground, and St Deiniol's Church, Tallarn Green Methodist Chapel, Borderbrook School and the Smithy Garage as the website grows, you will find information about groups and activities in the village. The Clerk to the Community Council would be glad to hear from organisers of local groups that would like to be featured.
